Lou Pagano- Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Lou Pagano entered the construction industry in 1984, his hard work mentality and love for the industry led him to earning his general contractor's license. Being from San Pedro, he grew up learning diverse trades from mechanics and boating to electrical and general construction. His natural business mind is what leads LFC and has allowed the company to be profitable from the start. His vision for himself and the company is to have a lasting impact and legacy in the commercial construction industry.
Lou's passion for his company is unwavering, but his love for his family goes even deeper. Together, he and Kim have created a big, loving family that continues to grow.
Kim Pagano- Co-Founder
Kim Pagano's roll in Little Foot Construction as Co-Founder/Advisor has been key to the growth of the company, she has been able to use her external expertise and professions to foster important relationships for Little Foot. Kim has been a Hair Therapist for years and a Radio host. She enjoys learning about everyone’s journey. Kim’s passion is making people look good from the outside in. Kim’s theory is Look good, Feel good, Do great! Even though Kim is involved in so many activities, she values her primary job as mother and grandmother. She has recently been following her passions, which has lead her to the next chapter in her life, hosting “Kim Pagano Show, Positive Talk Radio”, being the Voice for Women everywhere and making great connections.
Kim has also created her own Women’s Support Group, where she not only gets women together, but also focuses on positive topics that are near and dear to their hearts, making quality relationships to grow on. She firmly believes that “many hands make little work,” the more people involved in a project, the easier it should be.
Kim is a wife, a mother of four, and so much more. Currently living in Ventura County, CA. She is very close with her family.
Louie Pagano - Director of Operations
After starting as a superintendent, Louie worked his way up to operations project manager. He acts as the firms lead project manager and estimator. Louie relies on his experience in the industry to manage every project with care and skill.
