Little Foot Construction, Inc. was officially created in 1989 when the founders, Lou and Kim Pagano decided to build a construction company from the ground up. Their vision for themselves and the company wasn't to just be another general contractor, they wanted to start a business legacy through trust and integrity. Their strategy was to work hard, take calculated risks, and learn on the job. This strategy is where Little Foot began, it's the foundation of our company, and it's what gets us through good economic times and bad.

The growth of Little Foot, from nothing to millions a year in gross revenue, wasn't from chance or luck, it came from the understanding that years of relationships and client satisfaction is key. Since 1989, Little Foot never marketed, never did traditional networking, and barely had a website. The strategy was simple. Build the business organically through referrals. This strategy allowed Little Foot to be flexible and efficient, which set the company apart from the competition. Projects were completed quickly and fairly priced, which then created more referrals and more business.

Now the company is evolving, with the same foundation and same principles, we are moving into a new phase of the business. We are expanding our outreach, we are expanding our market share, and we are enhancing our business efficiency, all without compromising the very things that got us where we are, relationships and client satisfaction.
